Admitted in 1977, Mark has been a partner since 1979 and joined
Weightmans in April 2011.
Mark has considerable experience in all liability claims, and
advises on health & Safety, product, and environmental matters.
His practice diversely includes construction sites, power stations,
sports (participation and clubs), leisure pursuits, nightclubs,
hotels, schools, hospitals, and litigation involving airlines,
ports, breweries, public utilities, and the security industry - in
no particular order.
Mark also practises in Consumer Credit cases, and litigation
arising out of secondary lending.
