Mark is the Regional Office Head for London. He works in
the public sector team, where he has developed a reputation for
handling high value and complex cases.

355 and Van Colle v Chief Constable of
Hertfordshire 2006, EWHC 360.
He is co-editor of Morrell and Whittaker on Emergency Services
Liability, and a contributor to Morrell and Foster on Local
Authority Liability, both published by Jordans.
