Formerly with Mace & Jones, Martin is experienced in all
areas of Education Law including student issues, constitutional
law, income generation, academic collaborations and knowledge
transfer. He also specialises in procurement law and advises a mix
of private and public sector bodies across the full range of Works,
Services and Supplies contracts, acting in contentious as well as
non-contentious work. He also regularly advises on achieving
compliant procurements through the full range of OJEU
procedures.
Martin joined Mace & Jones in 2008 from the University of
Manchester where he held a senior legal position for 9 years. His
exceptional experience at strategic, policy and operational levels
within the sector ensures that our advice is practical and results
driven.
Martin is recognised in the Legal 500 for both his work within
the education sector and in relation to EU Procurement.
