Michael deals with all types of commercial dispute and
specialises in insolvency, being a full member with the Insolvency
Lawyers Association. His areas of practice include major contract
disputes, company/shareholder and partnership disputes and
injunction proceedings, including restraint of trade.
Michael also has extensive experience of technology disputes and
claims within the TCC. He advises all aspects of corporate and
personal insolvency and out of jurisdiction recoveries.
Michael was recommended in Legal 500 in 2005 and his clients
include Hoover-Candy, Bibby Distribution, HFC Bank and Baker
Tilly.
