Mike is Head of Professional Risk. He has
considerable experience resolving claims against construction
professionals and disputes on projects throughout the UK.
He advises on the interpretation of insurance contracts and
insurance issues generally. He has mediated settlement of claims
worth in excess of £100m and resolved insurance disputes by means
of arbitration. He is identified as a leader in his field in legal
publications.
The Chambers 2007 guide says he "successfully
defended a client in a recent multiparty, £35 million claim." and
that he is "really looking after his clients".
