Nicky joined Weightmans in 1991 and was made a
partner in 1997. Her experience includes professional negligence
claims against solicitors and surveyors and substantial personal
injury claims. From 1991 to 2004 she specialised in claims against
solicitors arising from personal injury and fraud. Nicky has
substantial experience in mediation as a form of dispute resolution
and has been involved in more than 30 mediations involving
professional negligence claims.
In 2004 Nicky joined the Large Loss team
acting for CIS, MIB and Zurich. She deals with claims involving
catastrophic injury as well as fatal accident claims.
