Paul has a wide range of experience in all
forms of dispute resolution on contentious construction and
engineering matters, including acting on behalf of local
authorities and public bodies and has extensive experience in
advising on contentious issues arising from standard form building
contracts including JCT, ICE and NEC forms of contract. Paul
is also vastly experienced in drafting and amending building
contracts, forms of appointment, collateral warranties, bonds and
guarantees. Major clients include GB Building Solutions Limited and
various public bodies.
