Peter joined the firm in 2009 and is an Associate. He manages
the Commercial Dispute Resolution and Insolvency team in the
Midlands.
Peter deals with contractual disputes, shareholder/director
disputes, civil enforcement proceedings, debt recovery and all
aspects of personal and corporate insolvency, acting both for
insolvency practitioners and the stakeholders in distressed
businesses. In addition, Peter has experience of dealing with
finance litigation (principally in the invoice discounting and
factoring sector).
In addition to his litigation experience, Peter is an
experienced and accomplished advocate in mediations.
Peter acts for a wide range of businesses from owner managed
start up businesses to national Plc’s. Peter has also acted for
banks, finance companies and a range of national and regional
insolvency practices.
Peter is a full member of R3, and is the serving Chairman of the
West Midlands Branch of the Institute of Credit Management.
