Rachel has joined us from a
North West firm where she
completed her training. Based in the Knutsford office, she
advises on all aspects of relationship breakdown such as divorce,
financial settlements arising out of divorce, issues in relation to
children and cohabitation disputes. Rachel has a particular
interest in wealth protection measures which are used in order to
prevent financial uncertainty when a relationship breaks down, for
example by way of pre-nuptial agreement or cohabitation
agreement.
Whilst guiding her clients thorough
what is often a traumatic time, Rachel approaches her cases in a
constructive and sensitive manner. She endeavours to resolve
matters without the need to attend court, but will guide clients
through the court process should judicial intervention be
necessary.
Rachel is an active member of
Resolution and sits on the committee of Young Resolution.
