Richard handles high value clinical negligence
and employers' liability/public liability cases for the NHSLA for
whom he is a nominated partner. He specialises in birth injury and
spinal injury cases.
Richard also acts as client partner for a
number of NHS trusts in the North West, regularly advising on
general healthcare issues, including inquests, disclosure, capacity
and consent, and obtaining emergency treatment orders. Richard also
lectures widely on healthcare related topics and contributes to the
department’s newsletter.
