Formerly with Mace & Jones, Richard has 15 years experience
as a solicitor, with an employment focus throughout. He is a
seasoned “all-rounder” who can be found advising clients upon the
best strategy to deal with either one employee or the whole
workforce, dealing with workforce transfers or appearing before the
Tribunal. Like other members of the team, Richard enjoys getting to
know employers through our interactive training sessions.
A wealth of experience has been gained from regularly advising
employers in both the public and commercial sectors. Richard has
particular experience advising the following sectors: healthcare –
both public (NHS) and private sectors, local government, regulatory
and retail.
