Formerly with Mace & Jones, Roland deals with all aspects of
corporate and commercial law including principally mergers and
acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity investments, and
joint ventures as well as agency and distribution agreements,
franchising and commercial contract work.
Recent transactions include the investment in Fairbanks
Environmental Limited by Tokheim UK Limited and advising the Health
& Safety Executive on the establishment of a scheme for sector
specific quality standard recognition.
Roland has valuable experience in working with charitable
organisations and quasi-public sector clients having spent over 6
months seconded to the North West Development Agency in 2005.
