Sam joined Weightmans in 2000 and now
heads up the HR and Development team, which supports the
practice with the aim to be an Employer of
Choice.
She has over 17 years experience and is a
Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and
Development. Sam is also an accredited workplace mediator and
a qualified performance coach.
Sam sits on the Operations Board and advises
the business strategically on recruitment, people management and
development for the entire firm.
