Sandra has over 15 years experience of dealing
with a broad range of commercial disputes with a particular
emphasis on major property damage claims relating to construction
and engineering contracts including claims involving fire, flood,
storm, mechanical failure, subsidence, underground service damage,
product liability, policy coverage and subrogated recovery
claims.
She acts for a variety of insurers,
contractors, local authorities, utility companies and commercial
enterprises and is experienced in, and a supporter of, ADR as a
means of achieving a commercial and cost effective solution to
disputes.
Sandra regularly presents seminars and
produces articles on a range of subjects within her practice
areas.
