Formerly with Mace & Jones, Sarah advises in all aspects of
corporate, company and commercial law specialising in mergers and
acquisitions, group reorganisations (to include s110
reorganisations and statutory demergers), EMI share options,
shareholder and investment agreements and commercial contracts.
Transactions led in 2010 and early 2011 include the award
winning acquisition of Alpha Business Computers Limited by ANS
Group plc, the acquisition of Frutina by Slush Puppie
Limited, the sale of Shred Easy Limited to the PHS Group, the
acquisition of Auerbach Hope chartered accountants by Montpelier
Professional Limited and the sale by DTE Risk and Financial
Management of its general non life insurance division to CCG.
Sarah joined Mace & Jones as a trainee in 2000 and was made
Mace & Jones’ youngest partner in 2008 after developing a
reputation as one of Manchester’s up and coming corporate lawyers.
The Legal 500 commented that she is “a new partner already making a
name for herself”.
Sarah has a particular knowledge of, and experience in, the
acquisition and disposal of residential care homes and retail
pharmacies.
