Formerly with Mace & Jones, Sheila has many years of
experience in the Social Housing sector and specialises in site
acquisitions, large scale development and complex regeneration
schemes including site assembly, multi-party development
agreements, grant funding agreements, infrastructure agreements
both for social rent and shared ownership schemes together with
s106 and Nomination Agreements. She also has experience in stock
transfers and large scale securitisation and refinancing
transaction.
Sheila has over 20 years of property experience acting for
Registered Providers of Social Housing, Housing Action Trusts and
Local Authorities. Existing clients include The Riverside Group,
Muir Group Housing Association and The Vicinity Group.
