Admitted in1995, Stephen has been a partner since 1997 and
joined Weightmans in April 2011.
Stephen has experience in all areas of personal injury work. He
initially acted solely on behalf of claimants but now predominantly
acts for defendants. He deals with all types of personal injury
work including disease & stress claims.

Both cases dealt with the duty of care owed by defendants to
firefighters who are injured whilst dealing with fires that had
been negligently started by the defendants.
