Stuart has spent his legal career at
Weightmans practising employment law since 1994.
Stuart acts for a wide range of public and
private sector clients including Royal Mail Group plc, OCS plc,
Liverpool Mutual Homes and Warrington Borough Council. He advises
clients on a range of employment issues particularly
discrimination, TUPE, reorganisations and redundancies.
Stuart heads the North West Employment team is
responsible for a team of lawyers who handle 100s of Tribunal
claims each year. He is a keen advocate and regularly represents
clients in Employment Tribunals.
Stuart regularly undertakes client training on
a variety of employment issues, such as TUPE and Disability
Discrimination.
