Ted heads the Fraud Team in Manchester and
co-ordinates investigations into suspected fraud rings.
He provides training on issues such as the
Civil Procedure Rules, Data Protection Act, Human Rights Act,
Freedom of Information Act, Privilege and Confidentiality and
admissibility of evidence. He holds a post graduate
qualification in European Law and trained at the EU Commission,
Brussels.
Ted is a Solicitor in Ireland as well as England and Wales
and is a member of FOIL’s Fraud Special Interest Group, The
Insurance Fraud Investigators Group and the North West Fraud
Forum.
