Terry joined Weightmans in 2006. He
specialises in maritime law and has considerable litigation
experience in the Admiralty and Commercial Court, Mercantile Courts
and London maritime arbitrations and mediation. He acts for
ship owners, charterers, cargo interests and their insurers.
Areas of practice include collision, salvage, carriage of goods by
sea, charterparty disputes, policy coverage, goods in transit, ship
building and repair, marine enquiries and investigations.
Memberships include the London Maritime
Arbitrators Association, Liverpool Underwriters Association and
Manchester Marine Insurance Association.
