Tim specialises in Employment and Professional Regulatory work
with a particular interest in Whistleblowing, DPA, FOIA and
discrimination claims as well as all aspects of healthcare and
local authority employment work. Tim has acted for the
General Medical Council and was the first solicitor to act as lead
advocate before their professional conduct committees; he has also
acted on behalf of the Health and Safety Executive and the General
Teaching Council.
Tim’s employment clients include Whitbread
Group plc, Pizza Hut UK Limited, Nuffield Health, a number of local
authorities and the Cambridgeshire Constabulary.
Tim’s professional regulatory clients include
the Council for Healthcare Regulatory Excellence, who is charged
with scrutinizing and overseeing the work of the nine healthcare
regulatory bodies.
Tim is a member of the Employment Lawyers’
Association; he is on the Birmingham Institute of Directors
Committee, the Health and Safety Lawyers Association and the
Disciplinary Lawyers Association.
