Benjamin trained with Weightmans and was promoted to Partner in 2024 in recognition of stellar progression in terms of both client service and client relationship management.

Clients are consistently impressed by Benjamin’s calm and effective professionalism, with a ‘can do’ attitude which leads to palpably improved results for clients. With over 13 years’ experience of debt recovery at Weightmans, Benjamin has acquired a full range of technical and client relationship skills.

Benjamin’s primary workload focuses on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious contractual disputes, acting on behalf of public bodies, corporate and individual clients, with extensive experience advising and litigating Consumer Credit Act Agreements, having acted on behalf of a number of financial institutions since 2009.

Whilst also having extensive experience in unjust enrichment claims, specifically pension salary overpayments and recovering monies from the Estates of deceased individuals, Benjamin provides operational management for the national insolvency and recoveries team.
