Biography

Kerri is a Principal Associate in the property litigation team in Manchester, specialising in commercial property disputes and housing matters. She is dual-qualified in the jurisdictions of England & Wales and Northern Ireland.

She has a broad range of experience of housing disputes on behalf of private landlords and housing associations, specifically in relation to residential possession claims and has extensive knowledge of housing disrepair disputes.

Kerri deals with complex housing issues such as anti-social behaviour, rent deposits, capacity and mental health issues, proportionality and internal policies and regularly advises clients in relation to bespoke issues they have in respect of same. Kerri has also acted for private landlords in respect of claims relating to forfeiture on the basis of rent arrears and other breaches and has obtained possession of commercial properties.

Kerri also deals with wide a range of commercial property matters including lease renewals, dilapidations claims brought in the High Court and advises clients on all property and lease related matters.

Kerri is a keen advocate and regularly appears in the County Court on commercial and housing litigation matters.
