Peter Tyler

Peter is an associate solicitor working in the dedicated disease unit and is based in Birmingham. He qualified in October 2009 and has been practising in the area of personal injury since 2007.

Peter acts for insurers handling industrial disease claims and assists with the supervision of other fee earners. He participates in the setting of the strategy for disease claims.

He has formed good client relationships and is trusted by them to advise on claim strategies, claimant firm behaviours and legacy risks.
