Tracy Smyth

Tracy joined Weightmans in 2006 as a partner and has over 25 years' experience acting for insurance companies and self insureds. Tracy also has particular expertise in employers' liability and public liability claims and extensive experience dealing with high value personal injury claims, to include fatal accident dependency claims. Tracy also has particular expertise in multi party construction claims and travel related litigation on behalf of tour operators and insurers. She is a member of FOIL and Head of EL (non disease) FOIL sector focus team.
