1 May marks a milestone for more than 1,000 staff at Weightmans LLP as they embark on a new financial year as a UK top 40 law firm.
As the merger with Mace & Jones formally takes effect, 160 partners, fee earners and support staff join forces with their new colleagues under the Weightmans brand.

On 1 April, Weightmans acquired the insurance practice of Vizards Wyeth.The firm now has offices in Birmingham, Dartford, Knutsford, Leicester, Liverpool, London and Manchester.
