Weightmans put trust in new appointment

National law firm Weightmans LLP is pleased to announce the arrival of Shahida Jogi who has joined the Wills, Trusts Tax and Probate Team.

Shahida will be based in the Liverpool office, complementing Weightmans’ existing Wills, Trusts Tax and Probate offering in Manchester and Knutsford.

She specialises in all aspects of work undertaken by the team, including preparation of wills and regularly advises on trusts and the use of trusts in asset protection arrangements to both minimise exposure to inheritance tax and provide suitable management arrangements to pass on wealth appropriately to the chosen beneficiaries.

Shahida has previously worked at Hill Dickinson and DWF in Liverpool and has strong links in the Liverpool legal market. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She is also a member of the Probate Section at the Law Society.
