Weightmans seals deal in Knutsford

The Real Estate team at law firm Weightmans LLP has advised on a new letting of retail space to national retailer, WH Smith.

The lease of the building at 22/24 Princess Street in Knutsford was completed earlier this month and will run for a duration of 10 years.

Weightmans acted for landlords Heesom Green Partnership on the lease of the 2000 sq ft store.

Weightmans Associate Paul Fleming (Real Estate) was assisted by Solicitor Ciaran McNamara from the Construction team in negotiations.

Paul said:

“We are delighted to have been involved in bringing such a well known high street name to Knutsford.

“The space is in a prime town centre location close to all facilities, including Knutsford’s extensive range of shops and restaurants.”
