Weightmans secures 'ice' deal for Slush Puppie
National law firm Weightmans LLP has advised Slush Puppie
Limited on its acquisition of Frutina Limited . . .
Manchester-based Corporate lawyer Sarah Walton
was the lead partner on the deal, orchestrating the combined
efforts of Intellectual Property partner Clare Sellars, Real Estate
associate Paul Fleming, Employment solicitor Claire Hollins,
Pensions specialist Roderick Ramage and Corporate paralegal Seray
Kitchingman.
The acquisition of Frutina is the latest in a
series of acquisitions made by Slush Puppie, including the
acquisition of Britvic’s ‘Tango Ice Blast’ brand and Quench
Dispensers Limited. Sarah Walton has advised Slush Puppie
throughout this period of acquisition.

NatWest provided finance for the deal, advised
by DMH Stallard. Coffin Mew LLP provided legal advice to the
shareholders of Frutina Limited.
