We advise on all aspects of bankruptcy, including asset and debt recovery, investigation and asset tracing, recovery of foreign assets, possession proceedings, sale of estate property, applications to suspend discharge and regulatory matters, insolvent partnerships and insolvent estates of deceased persons.
