BIRMINGHAM
Solicitor 2yr + PQE
Placement Area: Converge Disease
Location: Birmingham
We are currently recruiting for a 2yr + pqe to
join our Converge Disease team in Birmingham.
The main purpose of the role is;
To manage a team of case handlers dealing with
defendant fast and multi track disease claims for a wide range of
clients and to manage a caseload of such cases.
The successful candidate must have the following;
Defendant personal injury litigation experience
Management Experience
At least two years disease experience
Knowledge of CPR procedures and have proven technical ability
and record of achievement
Ability to work to deadlines and targets
Working as part of a team and on own initiative
Legal Secretary
Placement Area: Construction
Location: Birmingham
We are currently recruiting a Legal Secretary to
join our Construction team in Birmingham.
Main purpose of role
To provide support to the designated fee earners within the team
by processing typing, managing clients and undertaking amounts of
admin as appropriate.
To assist the rest of the team during busy times and at times of
low staff numbers. This may consist of working for other fee
earners or even for other teams.
To work closely with the support team manager and admin
assistant to ensure the work is completed within the agreed service
level agreements and to corporate standards.

Administration Assistant ( Fixed Term)

We are currently recruiting an Administration Assistant to join
our Office support team in Leicester for a fixed term peiod of 6
months.
The successful applicant will work part of a team, to assist

Responsibilities include assisting a busy post and reprographics

in London on a fixed term basis for 6 months.

managing a caseload of local authority cases and must therefore
have adult social care and child care experience. Education

Paralegal (fixed term)
Placement Area: Large Loss
Location: Manchester
We are currently recruiting for
a Paralegal to join our Large Loss team
in Manchester on a fixed term basis for 3 months.
The main purpose of the role is to assist
senior lawyer/Partners on pre litigated and litigated cases and
high value (£half million) personal injury cases. Under supervision
to conduct any relevant investigation such as obtaining witness
statements, instructing experts, instructing councel and updating
clients in order to repudiate and /or compromise the claim as
appropriate.
