Human Rights Act and negligence

Our wealth of experience defending employer liability claims includes claims arising from both operational policing and training, from trips and slips to harassment, bullying and industrial diseases. These range from small claims to permanent loss of employment and serious injury.
We also have considerable expertise advising on personal injury claims regarding members of the public, or damage to property belonging to members of the public.
Our specialist RTA team handles low value personal injury claims through the Ministry of Justice portal, as well as technical claims, fraudulent claims and high value catastrophic claims.
