Landlord & tenant enforcement and insolvency - now and next…
This webinar will look at current COVID-19 restrictions on enforcement and solvency concerns.
This event has now finished.
We are pleased to announce details of our upcoming webinars where we consider the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on landlord & tenant matters.
The impact of COVID-19 on landlord & tenant relationships is a significant one. Many tenants have been unable to use their premises in the usual way, if at all. Despite government grants and initiatives, and signs of the gradual lifting of lockdown, inevitably there will be a huge number of tenants in arrears of rent and facing financial difficulties and uncertainty in the coming months.
This session will look at current COVID-19 restrictions on enforcement; the practical solutions during lockdown and what can be done under the current restrictions; what may happen next, when lockdown restrictions are lifted; the new Corporate Insolvency and Governance Bill, as well as landlord director duties and solvency concerns.
