Construction and insurance experts, Paul Lowe and Chris Doran, will be discussing the key legal issues for the construction industry and its insurers so far in 2021 as well the what to look out for in the year ahead.
Paul has been assisting the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government with implementing the Building Safety Bill and will provide his insights as to the legislation's impact on the construction and insurance markets. Chris will be discussing recent case law developments and what they mean for managing risk in construction.
We are also delighted to be joined by Cliff Smith, the Executive Director of the Get It Right Initiative. Cliff will address the adoption of new technologies in the construction market and how they can create a safer more sustainable industry.
