Speakers Mark Landon and Sejal Raja would be delighted if you could join them for a half-day workshop on disciplinary investigations.
The fairness of a dismissal can ultimately depend on how robust the investigations that led to the dismissal was undertaken. In this interactive session we look at some of the tricky areas that investigating managers face when undertaking investigations including:
- Suspension
- Confidentiality
- Who to interview
- Anonymous witnesses
- Whether to disclose the investigation
- New allegations that arise during the investigation
We have a limit of 55 places available and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
