The Weightmans Liverpool corporate team recently acted for the shareholders of long standing client and plastics recycling solutions company Indigo Environmental Group on their sale to THG plc. The Weightmans team comprised Kieran Donovan, Michael Murphy, Francesca Hillyard, John Kemp, Haydn Rogan, Michael Drapala and Sophie Fulwell.
Operating out of sites in Widnes, Cheshire and Ludlow, Shropshire, Indigo Environmental Group specialises in closed-loop and re-use solutions for industry, manufacturing and local authorities, with a specific focus on waste plastics. The management team has a combined 50 years’ experience within the waste and recycling sector and are highly regarded as leaders in their field. Management remain with the business with the sale to THG complementing THG’s ongoing Sustainability Strategy.
