Seema said:

“Weightmans’ HR Rely offering is a real game changer for organisations seeking support on employment law and employee relations issues with guaranteed cost certainty. Having been a service user myself in two previous roles, I have first-hand experience of the HR Rely service and how we can work with clients to support them on a full-range of workplace issues, right through the complete employment life cycle.

“I truly believe in the product and the firm itself, and I am delighted to join Weightmans and help HR Rely and its team strive for bigger and better.”

Jawaid Rehman, employment Partner and head of HR Rely said:

“Seema is a real self-starter with a passion for the client experience and we have already learnt so much from having her on board. She brings a viewpoint and set of skills that will no doubt help us to take HR Rely to the next level and is a very welcome addition to the team.”
