Jonathan qualified in 2004 and became a partner in 2013. Having started life out in commercial insurance, he then became Head of Service Delivery for the Motor Department, managing teams across four offices.

More recently, Jonathan has taken on the Client Relationship Management for a major client relationship, undertaking and facilitating all aspects of the client relationship management, value added provision and ensuring excellent delivery in the provision of services.

He was previously a project operations manager reviewing business processes within Weightmans and is trained in Lean Six Sigma management methodologies.

Jonathan is a keen sportsman and continues to play national league hockey. He is also actively involved in other sports such as golf, cricket and rugby and youth development at his son's local cricket and rugby club.
