Richard is a consultant solicitor working throughout the North West in the field of wills, trusts and estates. He has been a solicitor since 1996, is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and sits on the committee for STEP Liverpool. Our clients describe him as "a trusted adviser" and "a hard act to follow".

Richard is well versed in the full range of estate planning options such as wills, trusts, deeds of variation, family investment companies and family charters. He sits within our owner-managed business team and works closely with our corporate and tax solicitors to ensure the tax-efficient transfer of businesses, assets and wealth to the next generation.

Richard deals with a wide range of estates including those with professional executors, administrators appointed by the High Court and those being administered by the trustee-in-bankruptcy. The estates are often multi-million pound and a number include land with development value.
