Richard Leslie

Richard is a consultant solicitor within our wills, tax, trusts and probate team. He has 17 years experience as a solicitor and our clients describe him as “a hard act to follow” and a “trusted adviser”.

Working with the team, Richard ensures the tax-efficient transfer of assets and wealth to the next generation through, for example, the preparation and review of wills and life-time trusts.

Richard, like the rest of the team, prepares and registers lasting powers of attorney for our clients to ensure plans are in place to manage their affairs if they become too ill to do so.

He also administers estates following the death of our clients and is currently administering one leaving property to the National Trust.
