Throughout the week, I had the privilege of engaging with a range of practice areas—many of which I had not previously considered but now find genuinely fascinating. The rotational structure of the scheme offered a broad and balanced insight into the firm’s diverse legal work, while also encouraging meaningful interaction with colleagues across the London office. What stood out to me most was the firm’s culture. The open seating arrangements and warm introductions from staff across all levels created an environment of genuine collegiality. It was clear that collaboration and approachability are values deeply embedded in the day-to-day life at Weightmans.
