Public Inquiries solicitors

We have a dedicated team of lawyers with extensive experience in advising a wide range of clients and organisations involved in assisting independent, public and statutory inquiries. We deal with matters attracting intensive international media attention, and help clients through these important and highly sensitive reviews.

Our range of experience and diverse client base, including a long term commitment to the public sector, has resulted in our involvement in almost every major Public Inquiry in the past ten years. Whilst we have a comprehensive understanding of the procedural and regulatory framework for all types of public inquiries, we are attuned to the needs of both public and private clients and work with them to map the organisation through the challenges of the process, encompassing crisis management, technological solutions and pastoral support.

Our team of Public Inquiry solicitors are recommended by the Legal 500, with a satisfied client quoted as saying:

A pool of talented lawyers and advocates on whom I can always rely for quality legal support and advice. They are down to earth, approachable and work collaboratively and in partnership with their clients. To me the team stands apart from other teams in the same market space and they are always my first choice.

We also have a team of transport regulatory lawyers who deal with Public Inquiries in relation to Operators Licences.
