Partnership dispute solicitors
Our team is recognised as being truly expert in dealing with partnership disputes – whether that involves disputes between the owners, partnership exits (from both the firm’s perspective and that of an outgoing partner or team) or dissolving a partnership. We routinely advise on the enforceability of post exit restrictive covenants and can assist with interim injunction applications, where an outgoing partner’s right to work for clients of the firm is in question.
We deal with cases in the courts and (as is often provided for in partnership agreements) in arbitration. We also advise on internal and external regulatory and conduct issues, which often go hand in hand with disputes between professionals.
