Andrew has over 30 years' experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution including High Court proceedings, injunctions, domestic and international arbitrations and mediation. He is ranked as a leading mediator in the Legal 500 and Chambers UK and is also raked as a leading partnership dispute expert (Band 1, Chambers UK).
He acts for UK and international clients on a broad range of commercial and contractual matters including shareholder and joint venture disputes, breaches of contract and warranty claims, the enforcement of contractual obligations, maintaining confidentiality and terminating commercial relationships. Andrew is an accredited Mediator and has been described in leading independent directory Chambers UK as someone with the “ability to steer a clear, sensible course through very troubled waters.”
