• Accessible parking bays are located at both the front and rear exit of the building. Use of these must be requested in advance as they are managed by the building team and can be used by the whole building. If you require a space, please email tracy.johnson@weightmans.com
• Level access is present at the main entrance.
• If assistance is required, please liaise with Weightmans staff before arrival.

• Entrance to the building is step-free. There are then some internal steps, but a wheelchair lift is present.
• 2 revolving doors and an automatic access door are located at the front of the building
• The automatic door is 1.1m wide, and the lift door is 1.05m wide

• Please note only 4 of the 8 passenger lifts go to 10th floor. There are also 3 stairwells.
• Signage is in a large readable font.
• Corridors and office all have automatic lighting
• We occupy 2 serviced rooms on the 10th floor and the kitchen, social space and toilet facilities are shared with other businesses on the 10th floor. 

• There is an accessible toilet on the 10th floor which includes a toilet, handrails, and an accessible sink.
• There are 3 showers (1 of which is an accessible wet room) on the lower ground floor.
• Meeting rooms are available within the ground floor at a charge, if you require a meeting room, please email the office manager (Tracy Johnson on tracy.johnson@weightmans.com or +44 (0)121 616 6638)
• There is a wellness room on 10th floor.  
• Assistance dogs are welcome. Please avoid walking them in the car park or front bank of the building where vehicles are present   
• Seating is present throughout the common areas of the building.
