Our Manchester office is located in No 1 Spinningfields, the flagship building in Manchester's Spinningfields district. We have almost 150 people based in our Manchester office, who act for clients across the UK and internationally.

Parking and arrival
- The nearest accessible parking to the office is located on Byrom Street, indicated with a cross on the map below. The closest NCP to the office is NCP Manchester Spinningfields, which is a 3-minute walk to the office and has accessible parking.
- There is enough space for 3 cars in the accessible area on Byrom Street – this is located outside No. 1 Spinningfields.
- Disabled badge holders can park for 3 hours.
- There is a drop-off point outside the entrance of 20 Stories (next door to No1 Spinningfields) and 5 metered parking bays outside The Ivy Restaurant, which is next door to No1 Spinningfields.
Building access
· There are 3 entrances to No1 Spinningfields building – 3 x revolving doors, 3 x push controlled accessibility doors. 1 on Byrom Street, 2 from the Plaza side opposite the Lawn Club. Weightmans is located on the 3rd floor of the building. There are no steps at any of the entrances but there are 2 steps in the building near Plaza side entrances (closest to M&S food hall).
· There are 4 speed gates in the main reception area of the building, 1 of which is suitable for accessible needs.
· If you require assistance to the 3rd floor, the building security are willing or Weightmans facilities staff can meet you in the main reception.
Interior navigation
- Lighting in the reception area is controlled by movement sensors. However ,visitors using meeting rooms will be able to turn the lights down or on and off.
- There is also a wellness room (Boyle) available in the client site with informal seating
- Doors to all rooms are 85cm wide
- Toilets are located on either side of the lift lobby, just outside of Weightmans demise (client suite). There is an accessible toilet on each floor of the building.
- There are 8 passenger lifts in the building. They can be accessed via the ground floor and travel to all floors of the building.
- The entrance doors to Weightmans 3rd floor are manually operated. These doors are fire doors and are very heavy. The doors are on an access control system; you will need an access card or to be accompanied by a member of Weightmans staff to enter in line with our information security policy.
- The 3rd floor office is open plan with internal meeting rooms, the doors to the meeting rooms are 89 cm wide.
- Accessible/all gender toilets are available on each floor of the building – the door is 92cm wide.
Amenities & Facilities
- Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor near the building reception – there are no steps.
- The ground floor accessible toilet cubicle has a door width of 3ft and space for a wheelchair, sink and hand dryer
- Accessible kitchen counters in the social hub
- In the client suite, there is a wellness room with a table, chairs and a sofa.
- Assistance dogs are welcome.
