The new Respect Orders, housing injunctions and closure order powers for registered providers go live on 26 October. Join us on the day itself for a webinar focusing on the new changes including an in depth focus on how to apply for closure orders, anticipated issues as the Crime and Policing Act is implemented and what providers can do to combat them.
The session will also include a case law update and a review of the proposed new grounds for possession for domestic abuse and new powers for the Court to transfer tenancies to joint tenants who are the victims of domestic abuse.
