Weightmans appoint family law specialist in Glasgow office

Caroline Smith has joined us as a partner in the Family Team in Glasgow.

Previously of MTM Law, a niche family law practice, Caroline has specialised in family law throughout a 30-year career, advising separating married and unmarried clients on relationship breakdown both on finance and children issues as well as having a particular interest in fertility and family creation law.

She is an accomplished and experienced mediator, and a member of both CALM (Comprehensive Accredited Lawyer Mediators) and Consensus Scotland.
