Andrew is a partner who works in the Local Government team across both the Leicester and Birmingham offices.

He acts for a large number of local authorities, police and fire services, housing providers and education establishments across the country in relation to a wide range of issues.

Andrew specialises in complex, high value, multi-party litigation and has significant experience of stress, bullying, assault and harassment claims, as well as flooding, subsidence and highway winter-maintenance claims. He is also regularly instructed in relation to data loss and information management as well as social care and abuse claims.

He regularly delivers bespoke training at national and regional level.
