Asha is a Principal Associate with our immigration team based in Glasgow, working on a wide variety of US employment-based immigration matters.

Originally from New York and having lived across several countries and continents, Asha is personally acquainted with the joys and challenges of the immigration process, and she is excited about the potential to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families seeking to settle in the United States. Asha combines her legal experience with a client-focused approach to ensure successful outcomes for individuals with complex cases.

Asha is experienced in providing global immigration solutions to large and mid-sized multinational corporations from a wide range of sectors including technology, management consulting, pharmaceuticals, transportation, and insurance. With extensive immigration expertise in the technology sector in particular, Asha advises and assists with all aspects of immigration compliance, risk management and strategy.

Asha was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2015, and she is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Indian American Bar Association of New York. Among other accolades, Asha has been recognised by “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch.”
