Bridget Miles

Bridget is an Associate in the healthcare team, advising on medical, dental and podiatry claims.

She advises medical defence organisations, insurers, doctors, dentists and other healthcare professionals on disciplinary, criminal and regulatory matters.

Bridget represents clients in various healthcare regulatory and disciplinary proceedings. Her experience includes:

• Advising on all stages of fitness to practise investigations with respect to both the General Medical Council (GMC) and General Dental Council (GDC)
• Assisting practitioners in relation to criminal investigations and proceedings
• NHS England investigations, including Performers List matters
• Associated High Court proceedings
